IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

you r right…they need employees who can handle responsibility n do work….kaam karney wale naki cast par bhajan karne wale…so they r not going to select u for sure…..bhajan band kar frustated insaan!!
@hament..me too got 160,and confident of getting call BOI,CANARA.as for as canara concern they should call 1:5.

bad news 4 low scorer….BOI is going to announce new cutoff for interview …go n read the last line of ur intimation mail by boi….

i got 165 as wieghted score… not selected in UBI as its cutoff is 166… also got 24 in GK… not eligible for corp bank tooo….. donno wats goin on here… aftr scoring this much also m nt getting call frm anywere…:(

Yaar 50% is not reserved for general only, if a reserved candidate gets higher rank then he takes general seat and still that reserved seat remain vacant, this is the problem………….
No buddy….. It is a misconception. SC/ST/OBC will get seats under there reservation cat only. That is why now-a-days all govt firms are showing the allocated seats for everybody i.e. General/SC/ST/OBC.
If u r not satisfied u can call to the recruitment dept of these baks and ask them…..

Dear, u dont have a clear idea about allocation of posts to General/Obc/sc/st.General means open category that is top merit candidates from Gen/Obs/SC/ST can be filled with.After filling this Gen Category(OPEN CAT)OBS, SC and ST can be filled
That is a criteria but that applied only if the suitable no. of general category candidates are not available.
And bro what i think that there r more suitable general candidates.

I agree with u brother but instead of thinking all this we have to focus on the seats available for us and try to grab that…..
s u r correct.but ibps will announce the next po exam on april r may.so we write that xam also.so start preparation right now onwards.

kal mera friend b.tech ka exam dene gaya tha waha ek student pistol leke aaya tha aur usne incharge ko bola ki mera to career barbad ho chuka hai agar tumne muje nakal karne se roka to tuje bahar ja ke goli maar dunga…n he completed his exam by using parchee…to friends gandhi me kuch nai hai ..be bagat singh…interview pe pistol le kar jana…ALL THE BEST
