IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. don’t link this recruitment advertisement as 2nd interview possibilities.From last two years corporation bank recruits its po twice in a year.last year also it had done the same thing.so it is totally a new recruitment process but as the available candidates are same CWE 2011 qualifiers so it is not demanding recruitment fees to those candidates who have applied earlier and last thing is that those who were shortlisted in the earlier advertisement(dec 2011)but not selected in the interview are also eligible to apply and also be shortlisted as per the ranks.

brother this is second round of interview only and not the fresh recruitment coz every bank will like to select toppers..
its the seats that remain vacant+more added seats(to make sense for recruiting again)
agar ye fresh procedure hota toh corporation ko kya faida milega dubara recruit karke…qk dubara late karne se bank ka he loss hai and toppers bhi nahi milenge,n har koi toppers he lena chahega.
so its the vacant seats and more banks will come soon with 2nd process and improved stratagies.

n if u r talking about last year process so dude u r wrong coz last year process use to have again written exam and as a result new merit list..but this year the case is different and no bank will release its advertisemnt for fresh recruitmnt and that too from IBPS-1 coz its senseless and with known fact that in near about coming 2months they will again have new toppers from IBPS-2..

surprise for quick result out and jhatka for less than 50 % selection of the vacant post
brother don’t use your brain much,do you think u know everything and others are fool.
can you define the definition of topper,if some one scored 150 this time and didn’t get a single interview call but when he/she scores 180+ next time he/she becomes a topper but the candidate remain same.it is just only a process that they will shortlist candidates as per the score.what you have written agar ye fresh procedure hota toh corporation bank ko kya faida milega dubara recruit karke,brother recruitment of employees is not a business,they recruit because they need man power to operate their business.one more thing every one wants to take toppers,then why interview.mere scoring marks in aptitude and reasoning does not proves ones knowledge,skill,attitudes etc.
last year there was no IBPS CWE thts why they conducted a written test again but this year the scenario is different ample of candidates have qualified in ibps-1.
who told you that no bank will release fresh recruitment advertisement and why it is senseless,they need employee.
one more thing if this recruitment add will be the part of the old one then they would hv mentioned that those who were shortlisted in the previous recruitment process for interview but not selected in the interview are not eligible to apply again.But brother this is not the case they are eligible.

its 2nd process only valid pnts to justify-
1.Its their right to give the interview again coz they are in merit.
2.I agree written marks does not decide knowlege but ajkal ke scenario me unhi ka bol bala hai..
3.According to u ther will be no recruitmnt again by any banks,well wait and watch coz there will be 5-6 n i kw u will again call even them as fresh recruitmnt..
4.And try to spread positivity inspite of discouraging the things coz u also dont have source of information to prove the things.

ya tumare bolne ka matlab ye to nahi hai ki IBPS-1 se 2times and IBPS-2 se 2 times means 4 times in year…hain????hahaha….

Tighten grip on toppers
Another important point discussed in meeting is that Only Toppers are getting Interview calls from most of the banks.This raised much hue and cry, because there is a delay caused by selected candidates in joining the banks, and now IBPS had decided to take some stringent steps in this regard.
Restricting the joining time to only three weeks.
In case the candidates, did not join by the due date, the offer will be given to the next candidate in the waiting list.
Maintain the due number of Candidates in the waiting list, and conducting the Interviews for unfilled posts with those candidates who have already applied.

repeatation is due to the reason that score card were not siezed in the greed that when a person will leave than also bank will have earning of 1 to lakh ruppees and no blame as they leave on their choice. but Banks jii topper candidates are not bevkuf woh join hi nahi karte aur sirf interview dekar cut off high karte rehte hae
u can see corporation with 355 and left with 317 vacant seats
PNB came in last still the shortage of more than 50% i.e. 438 candiidates.. fir sae recruitment karo kharcha yaa toh BANKs kae sir par yaa CANDIDATES kae sir par… maze main sirf ek IBPS..
Banks ankhein kholo Balachandran lutne kii game banaye betha hae….
Somebody should pay serious concern over this issue.
