IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

jo 100 question 100% accuracy ke sath karega aur 150 questions karne ke baad negative marking ke baad 100 ate hain dono ke marks same rahenge
haan ye baat sahi hai ki jo 100 % accuracy ke saath 100 question karta hai aur dusra jo 150 kam accuracy ke saath karta hai unme 100 wala zada bhi laa sakta hai koi badi baat nahi hai
aksar aisa hi hua hai par agar koi 150 questions mei se 120 thik karleta hai to wo bhi usi ke ass pass hi score kar payega 100 question with 100% accuracy wala hamesha safe zone mei rehta hai
hum logon ko aisa lagta hai ki 150 wala zada score kar lega par hota uska ulta hi hai

dekho mera ek dost union bank mei hai meri kal hi usse baat hui to usne aisa kaha ki bank seat bhale hi khali rakh lega par unhi logon ko lega jinse wo satisfied hai agar aisa nahi hota to 195, 180 jaise score karke bhi bache baithe hue hain kisi mei bhi selection nahi hua
agar waiting list bhi ayi to usme bhi unhi logon ko liya jayega jisne interview qualify kiya hoga
seats to pehle bhi khali hi thi manpower to tab bhi chayie the par phir bhi seats khali hi reh gayi
agar bank bound hota seats bharne ke liye to uss hisab se 160+ koi khali nahi zata har koi select ho jata
par aap kisi se bhi puch lijiye kisibhi bank manager se ki kya wo log sirf seats bharne ke liye interview kar rahe hain
mein janta hun 140-160 ke andar jise call nahi gaya unme se zadatar log highly talented hai mene kabhi iss fact ko deny nahi kiya par bank walon ne ek limit rakh di 161 tak ki uske niche to call gaya nahi aur agar gaya bhi to bahut kam bankon se
bank wale jante hain ki kuch log aise bhi hain jo 5 saal se ghis ghis ke padhai karke 190+ score kar chuke hain to kya wo talented ho gaye personality bhi to honi chaiye
isliye bank do chig dekh raha hai ek marks aur dusra personality
marks ke hisab se to mujhe bhi select nahi karna chahiye wo to luck acha tha mera mei select ho gaya aur uske baad iob ko chodke kisi bhi bank se call nahi aya mujhe
agar 3 mahine ki jagah mene 1 saal bhi padh liya hota to mei bhi 180+ asani se rakh leta kyun ki mera gk zero hai par math aur reasoning strong hai
to mei to yehi manta hun ki muhje luck mei mil gaya isme koi bahaduri ki baat nahi hai mujhse kai zada talent to aap logon mei hai par sirf bank ki bekar policy ke wajah se a aap logon ko chance nahi mila nahi to jo log ssc aur ias ki preparation karte hai unke liye to po ki job ek last option hi hai
ji nhi bina dekhe nhi kiya pura solve kiya.
accuracy hai to pass nahi to fail
fail nahi hai to less marks ane ka chance
it doesn’t matter how much we have attempted
what matters is accuracy
even if u solve 100 questions with accuracy its enough
but not 190 without accuracy
bina dekhe krti to ye na kehti ki 180 sahi honge.

Ab ssc me laga jaye dosto… Koi ssc aspirant hai yaha?? Jisne achi tarah se ssc pe focus kiya ho.. !!
mujhe v yhi lg rha h k maine jo v bnaya h wo sab shi h v ya n..150-155 bna to liye h par unme se 20-25 ques me bara doubt h mujhe..wo shi v ho sakte h or galat v to us hisab se mere kitne marks aa skte h???mujhe to inki numbring system thk se smjh hi n ati pta n kaise marks dete h
agar aapne 150-155 kiya hai aur usme se sirf 20-25 hi wrong hote hai to aapka standardized score definitely 170 ke around yaha tak ki us se jyada hi aa jayega……..
bhai 190 solve karne par agar 180 sahi hoga to score 200 hi nahi balki 225 chala jayega……… attempting 190 questions with that much accuracy is really not easy for this paper…….
Yes Arya, mai to UP SI ke latak jaane pr ssc cgl pe hi focus kiya hua hu, FCI to clear ho gaya hai, goin fr CPT on 24th.

math me geometry n trigno bhi ad kr diya hai ab, 10-12 qns. Rest will b arithmetic with 5-10th qns frm DI. GK will be mostly traditional with 25% science and 4-5 qns from economics. Res will b strt frwrd n English bhi easy hi rahegi if u hv gud vocab! Shud focus more on mth n eng coz main will include only these two pprs!

Actually tht decision came in d context of andhra only, whr high court hd cancelled d sub quota. But nw or ltr it’ll b implied all India lvl. The only option govt has is to make an amendment in const’n, which’ll be near impossible in present parliamentry conditions!
mujhe pehle 19th ko medical aur prerequirement formalities ke liye bulaya tha ab kyun ki offer letter sab ko dair se mila iss wajah se reporting shift hoke 27th ko ho gaya hai boi ka process bhi bahut slow hai wo log bole ki medical ke 2-3 mahine baad appointment letter denge

suhani ji in RED & WHITE Peene walo ki baat hi kuch aur hai, sia ji chupa rahi hain,35 nahi unhone 45 kia hoga, aapko sach nahi batayengi warna aap bhi utna hi kar dogi,isi ko to competition kehte hain.
