IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

my interview experience in dena bank
there were 4 panel members,
M1:introduce yourself
M1:your strengths and weakness
M2:asked about my previous company,the promoter.he seemed to know the person so he started speaking about him,abt the company,abt few other people in that company.in short he started chatting with me abt my previous company.
M3:asked about my qualification specially my banking degree and icici bank experience.
M3:diff in marketing and sales in banking,in practcl field.
M1:suppose u r selected in our bank as officer what will be your sales and marketing strategy.
M1:why do i want to leave pvt bank and join govt bank.he tried to convince me tht ppl who are not confident abt themselves join govt bank else one shd join pvt bank speclly when i have quality in me.
M4:why mba in finance.
M1:told abt his relative who left govt bank to join pvt bank.he was in a mood to chat with me it seemed……:P
M2:asked the meaning of my name and that i should carry out the real meaning in this intervw.(it was actually asked just after they asked me to take seat)
that was the end of my intervw.it was approx of 12-15 mins.dont know what will happen………..
