IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

Hi Ravi…Would like 2 know tat d marks tat u r mentioning ie,141-160 is d total marks along wid Descriptive Paper or excluding tat?
ravi bhai the comment u have posted is i think is not well classified therefore is unpractical.
if these morons are calling only 10000 candidates for almost 20000 post then how can u even imagine they will call 57000 candidates for remaining 13000 post.IMPOSSIBLE!!
moreover category factor has been missed which is a fatal error.
considering important points of the analysis i would say it could be like this
gen – 150-155
obc – 142-147
sc – 136-141
st – 110-120
pwd – oc-120,hi-110,vi-105
this can happen only if the HRD of banks show some generosity,otherwise this is also not possible according to the scenario!!!!!!!!!!

one more thing the cut off of reserved category will not fall as much as general
becoz,general; has benn called in 1:3 ratio so the banks could face the shortage so the cut off will go down sharply
on the other hand reserved categories has been called in 1:5 ratio so the banks got much backup for waitlist….so the cutoff will be down but not much
this is only according to me!!

I had my dena bank interview today n thr an officer told me that ibps has directed all the banks not to mix the vaccancies of ibps 1 and ibps2. so jintni bhi vaccancy abhi tak ayi hai that need to be filled by the students who qualified ibps1 no matter if they have to conduct another round of interviews..i dont knw how much truth is thr in this bt definately it is of some hope..

haalat to dekho..BANK OF MAHARASHATRA jinki 2010 ki vacancy aaj tak fill nahi ho payi , 7 waiting lists nikalni padi wo bharne ko aur kal iss bank ne jo cutoff declare ki wo 170 + hai..
ab koi kya expect kare iske baad.
jab tak ye top scorers apply karna nahi band karenge tab tak cutoff neeche nahi ayengi.aur wo apply karte rahenge coz unko aisa karna pasand hai.
@ all163 se niche score lane walo ke emotions se majak karne me bank ko maza aata hai. Ab IBPS-2 ka time v nahi babha n taiyari v acha se nahi ho paya. Pata nahi ab kya hoga??
itne niraash mat ho tinku ap to itne intelligent ho dekhna apna no. jarur aega fir bhale hi unhi fresh interview krwane pade.
