IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

chances kam hai second fresh interview ke…. aur mujhe to ab bilkul aisa nahi lagta……. lekin aisa hota to humlog ke liye kaafi achha rahta… aur aisa isiliye mujhe lagta hai ki iska process itna slow aur ghatiya hai ki jab tak ek round end hoga tab tak army-2 taiyar ho gaye honge aur us condition me ho fir combiled hi nikaalega……. what a bakwaas system…….

i think no because bank demands office automation course where we learn about MS office package.MIS is a broader concept that provides information in an organisation to take appropriate decision and helps to keep co-ordination among different departments of an organisation.The most important feature of MIS is to support in decision making.
MIS is not a part of office automation package. So you need to have some other courses that must include some packages that are frequently used in offices. Like MS office….
And MIS is totally conceptual based and hence no use in such way…

ab hope hai ki 2nd round interview ho jaldi se…
aur is baar main ibps aur IBA se request karta hun ki interview centralised karwayen.
taki jyada se jyada candidates interview de sake aur duplicacy bhi na rahe…..
i mean now 10000 vaccancies remain vaccant so they have to call atleast 30,000 candidates
and then after taking interview candidates can join whatever banks they want to choose by merit…..
iske kayi fayede hain ek to aspirants and banks dono ka time aur paisa bachega aur banks criticism se bhi bach jayengi…..
ibps and iba should introduce a centralised interview concept…………

I clear ibps po exam with tws 145 and i belong to obc categery i applied in every bank but not a signle call for inervew. all banks declared rejult but nearabout 10000 post remain vacant. secound round of intervew is possible?

Wonder dena bank call 1:10 and Iob call po intevev 1:3 ratio. Ibps director and head of dena bank and Iob please clear it what are your norms. Unemployed youngs are confused please call 1:10 ratio so low scores can get chance.
