IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

ek baat hamesha yaad rakhna interview coaching mein jo bhi kaha jata hai sab bekar hai
mujhe mere sir ne kaha tha ki wo log communication nahi dekhte, nahi dekhte ki aap kitne question s ke answer dete ho, wo log sirf aapka attitude dekhte hain
sab bekar ki batein hain iss galatfemi mein kabhi mat rehne agar aap 10 mein se 6 answer dete ho aur hr questions bhi ache se handle karte ho to aapko po banne se koi nahi rok sakta
ek baat hamesha yaad rakhna kabhi bhi apne present organization ya kisike bare mein kabhi negative mat bolna hamesha apni galti manna
unko ye show karna ki jo kuch decision life mein galat liye hai wo sab apki khud ki galti hai
aur kabhi bhi guess mat karna wo log aapko guess karne ke liye kahenge par kabhi bhi confidence ke sath guess mat marna jis question ka answer nahi malum sedhe mana kar dena sory sir i dont know
bina answer diye koi select nahi hota
aur jo log dikhne mein sundar nahi hai wo log ek baat yaad rakhein ki orissa mein jise union bank interview mein highest mila tha wo dikhne mein bilkul patla aur kala tha, sundar dikhna koi criteria nahi hai mere samne sundar sundar ladkiyan reject hui hain
isliye tension lene ki koi zarurat nahi hai
agar aapko call gaya to bas itna karna
1) banking terms
2) trade question
3) bio data, hr question
4)newspaper headline atlest 5 news for that particular day
5)about bank
6)hobby interest strength with example from past
7)about ur college
8)finance student rati analysis balance sheet must

Sanjay its better that you resign now itself. Since you will join any of the 2 banks and 14th June is the date of joining, you should have put down your resignation papers at the earliest. Since you have got your dream job, you can terminate your notice period by few days and join the desired bank.,

I don’t understand why u guys always cry..work hard n maximize ur score. See bank has vacancies so it doesnt mean all wll get selectd they hv certain set of criteria if some one is nt able to score even 160 then he is nt meeting the criteria so why should bank select u wen der r more capable guys availabl and dat u wll see in 2nd ibps. So dont curse nyone n prove ur metal..

Aap dude hain. Pura dudeee hain iss liye aapko samajh nahi ayega ki log ibps k sytem pe kyo chila rahe hain..yadi bank ko 160 hi chahiye tha to sabhi 200 rs lene ka kya matalb hai….aap hi jaise log bank me pahuche hue hain aur pahle bhole bhale studend ka paisa lutate hain aur bd me bolte hain bank me ane k liye 160 chahiye…kuch samjh aya dude.
i have scored 126 marks in clerk exam ,is it sufficient to get intreview cal frm bank

Kuch pata hi nahi chal raha 156-160 walon ko bulayenge ya nahi. kyun Banks chuppi sadhi hui hain…. Life is Horrible!!!
hi himanshu thankss .. my score is 160 and i dont think 160 is bad score.. aur mein ro nhi rha.. mein yeh keh rha hun ki agar jobs itni nikli hain toh chance atleast sabko milna chahiye.. mujhe nhi lagta ki jitni duplication ho rhi hai usse kisi ka bhi faayda hoga.. candidates ka to kbhi bhi nhi hoga…

163 gen aur apka? …Dena bank se pahla call aya hai interview k liye 24th may ko kolkata me hai. Mujhe v IBPS 2 ka preparation karna hai abhi nahi kar pa raha hu hope 24th may k bad kar paunga. Plz keep in touch dear.

Have patience everything will be fine but at the same time i wud like to say that prepare well for IBPS 2.
really you r some one who has no common sense bcoz you think if some one scores 170-180 he is more capable.scoring high marks in competitive exams need hard work and only hard work bcoz every one can solve 10th standard aptitude and reasoning but if you practice again and again then you will attempt more questions in limited time than others.so that does not prove he is more intelligent and talented.i/we have seen many people scoring 170+ but actually they have no basic knowledge.
when there is 19000 posts and you have large no of candidates then why you r shortlisting the same 10000-12000 candidates again and again when you can not fill that 19000 posts .so opportunity should be given to more no of candidates

1 lakh candidates ko kyun pass kiya jitne chahiye the utne hi pass karte.
aur haan 20,000 vaccancies ke liye only 10,000 candidates ko interview ke liye bulana
kaun si samajhdari hai
kuch bolne se pehle soch liya karo……..jayada kaabil mat bano.
