IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. they will block the selected candidates and total vacancies for this year would be 25000 to 30000

we cant say now they will shortlist after ubi finishes their interview precess..end of feb or march 1st week they will shortlist..
if total posts for this year is 25000, then atleast 75000 people wil get interview chance. so dont b disappointed. let us pray 4 d best
my score is 147 and category gen, and my graduation % is 84. what r my chances
rembr guys if any cand got selectd in any bnk he is nt going 2 appear in another bcoz his ibps score card will b submitd in bnk…
Ibps policy is not transparent dats y all banks are putting nw hidden conditions.

kiran@The percentage marks in Graduation shall be arrived at by dividing the marks obtained by the candidates in all the subjects in all semesters / years, by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honours / optional / additional optional subjects, if any. This will be applicable for those universities also where class / grade is decided on the basis of honours marks only. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%
out of 1 lakh people short listed can anybody know how many people got more than 150 score

no there is no chance,coz they are first who conducting the interview and they have selected approx 10000 student. Saale sab ko apply kerne ko bola aur cutoff diya 166.They make a lot of money(20000000 Rs.). Definitely they will not face effect of any kind of recession this year.
is it true that ubi wil release another notification after this?

I got 228 marks in po.
Also I had given the clerk examination.
Usme jahan game 12th Column me naam likhna tha usme mene naam aur surname ke beech jagah nahi chodi.
will I pass that.pls reply. Clerk me mene 230 kiye.
Kisi ne agar mere jaisa kiya hai po exam pass hua ho to batao.
Mujhe tension ho raha hai.

I must say that everyone should have to work hard.
You will not get any job below 170. This is for general and OBC category.
Because PO is a national level post so each bank will prefer the best ones only.
Yes , the reserved categories like sc and st are exceptional.they could get job anywhere.
UBI cut off is ridiculous…. Guys we must file an RTI with IBPS and Union bank to know exactly what is their selectio process.. Because this is gonnna continue like this with other banks also..We are being made fools….
