IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

25th-allahabad-delhi:
4 members in panel, including 1 lady (jo kyo baithi thi mujhe samajh nhi aya) 1 member shayad technical tha.
M1: You worked in SME dept. What is SME? Micro?
Me: Gave answer
M1: why did u left?
Me: Gave ans.
(Although after listening my answer he was giving me a killer look)
M2: Asked question frm computer sc. subject
Me: Sorry sir, i don know
M2: Ohh u have done ur be in elex nd tele. i thought ur frm cs. What is the best cable for vdo transmission?
Me: OPtical fibre cable sir
M2: Why?
Me: Gave answer
M2: diff. between 8085 nd 8086 microprocessor?
Me: Gave Answer
M2: how many layers are there in optical fibre cable? name them?
Me: gave answer
Before M2 ,M3 (lady member) asked me what u did after leaving that job
i gave answer nd after that she went outside d room to enjoy her Fruit Chat!!!
After M2 question interview was over.

just i was just mentioning about Rs 35.i visit this site to get a consolidated idea about banking recruitments in this site. u see in three pages may be 10 comments were related to banking. its was really disturbing for me. i know very well that i can change anyone of here. just i put forward my idea.many people are saying then y i am not leaving the site. if u become officer and some one says some suggestion will u say him to change the bank. see lal i do not have personal problem with any one, i do not want to continue this discussion because all others are not benefited from this discussion. my regret is only that i should hav mentioned ur name instead of tinku’s. hope ur are going to be a stunning officer in any psb. offcourse any information i wil post it….may not be in same title.

Total 17 people in my batch out of which 7 were absent.
GD- Is customer a king in india.
Girls (total 6) dominated in Gd, mera GD achha hua.
4 members were dere in GD and Interview panel. (During GD 1 was sleeping)
Interview:
M1(in heavy south indian tone): After doing BE why you want to join banking sector?
Me: Gave answer.
M1:What u did after BE?
Me:Gave answer
M1:why did u leave ur previous job?
Me:gave answer
M2: Who is the CM and Governer of ur state?
Me: gave answer
M3: you did BE. how will it help u in banking job?
Me: gave answer, he said ye to interview wala answer hai yaar, lagta hai acchi tayyari kar ke aye ho,and all started laughing (I wondered why) i also smiled
M1:Why should we select you?
Me:gave answer
M3: For what ur city is famous.
ME: Gave answer
M4: who was the first cm of ur state?
Me:gave answer
M4:what is he doing now?

M4:do u have any bank account? what is d interest rate given on that? and frm when it has changed?

After this question interview was over, they offered me chocolates, i took two.
