IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

If you are in general category ..so with this marks its impossible to get any
call for interview…so just try another IBPS P.O. exam …? best of luck for future dude.

Ya you r right swati, i am also from general cat and after having 165 i did not get call from ubi…. na jane kya hoga………
ubi is tier 1 bank…if u r below 160 don’t expect calls from tier 1 and no need to get depressed…there are tier 2 and 3 banks

dost m having 133 in obc category….bas yaar wait kar sakte hai…call aata hai toh bhi thik hai…nai aata toh next ibps…

@vipin- next ibps ki taiyari shuru kar de dost, 130 se kam obc ka chance tough lagta hai
try to reprint your application and if you are able to take it then dont worry ur application has successfully been submitted……
preparation to tab tak karte raho jab tak ki final selection na ho jaye, waise isme bhi ummid rakho, best of luck……..

PNB has come out for MT vacancies. I think the vacancies r less due to this only. Lets hope they will come out for PO vacancy with more nos.
GENERAL Category People who are having 170 and above with 60% aggreagte marks in graduation, should apply for the vaccancies,since you have pretty good chance of being into the list of final candiadates to work with the bank. Rest GENERAL WALO lets try for the next time.Nahi to kam se kam Rs.3800 chuna lagega… 19banks @ Rs.200

As u all know dat canara bank’s cut off is 156 for general then do you think fredz dat they will call them for interview who have just 160 as tws?? Plz any reply me. Cz corporation bank’s cut off was 151 for gen bt for interview call cut off was 191? Pl reply fast.
Im nt sure bt i hv just heard dat its 174 for general.
In corporation bank there are only few seats and also 55% only in graduation needed to be recruited so their cutoff was high, but in canara bank number of vacant seats is 1000 for general and graduation 60% so be optimistic, cutoff will be certainly low….. best of luck….

Thanx! N do u know dat r banks conducting their interviews in all states or just in selective states? I mean there shud be in home town or in home state. Otherwise we hv to bear heavy transport expenses.

There are different criteria for different banks, but mostly it is up to bank for allotting interview centers…..
Ok! Any guessing of bank of India cut off marks for interview call?
bank of india will make merit list according to ibps score+graduation marks…
