IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

i dont know wat will be the system if a student got selected in two banks…how will cut off list b lowered?

wait for sometime, it will be more clear.they are fallowing some pattern.4 banks in jan ,in fab 4-5 will come with adv.till 18 fab tak ubi;s pi will be over and other have yet to declear cut off list.hoping it to be arrenged in this order……
I got 134 in sc cat. Is there any change to getting intervw call?

i hve gt 138 marks in ibps and in graduation gt 56 % marks .is there any chance of getting interview call coz union bank shortlisted candidates with very high cutoff//

hope for the best dude….may b they were shortlisting for 1 tier bank first….then they will go 4 2 tier…then for 3 tier….we all worked hard and we will get best out of it…all the best to all of u….

i have lost my register number and roll no which i have applied for ibps exam……due to this i could not able to apply for any bank exam….pls anyone help me to cum out of this prblm….is it possible to view my score

You are right bro, mine too same prob holding a CWE of 147 in IBPS but less than 55% in graduation, so still now I can’t apply to any bank which gave their ad. I wrote a mail to HRD Govt of India. Lets make a movement..

Friends, jaisa mai sochta hu ki jis tarah se ibps walo ne written exam liya to usee me interview ka v process include hona chahiye jin savi ne written pass kiya, unse form fill up karte time hi priority puchh lena chahiye ki wo kis bank ko first prefer karte hai and then second preference and so on and then finally merit and preference ke according recruit kar lena chahiye, is sey bank ko v ye problem na aayegi ki ek hi candidate do ya teen jagah select ho jaane ke baad ek hi join karenge or baanki chhor denge jis sey bank ko fir se recruit karna parega or candidate ka v time or money bachega or sath hi usko uske merit ke hisaab se appropriate place v mil jaayega. Please comment everyone who support this or also who are against this with logical comments.
I am also from gen and having 165 but hoping for next, so u also hope because we will get at least 2-3 calls. So be optimistic.

Thanks a lott Lal, i retrieve my password….well dis ibps procedure is tough,as union bnk gave the cut off score 166, i got 152 and being general category its more tough…..god knows only, whether sm interview call wl cm or not…….
