IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

6 Panel interview are gng on
average 11 person is available out of 17.
in gd 5 min are given to think
2 min to every one to speak thn 15 min for GD.
in my batch 5 are already working as cleak in diffrent banks.
This is all about GD.

I think the main problem is the time gap between interview results and the notifications which other banks release. If the results are announced soon then a person who is selected and willing to join will not even apply fr the next banks. Since there is more gap between results all the top scorers are also applying.. and fr the bank it is like we have received applications from say 200 score .. So lets shortlist from 165 etc … It is not the banks’s duty to check whether the roll number called fr interview is being present in the selection list of other banks…….. I sense this is the problem, by which others are not getting a chance fr the interview

@sanjay u’re rite but ibps shud hv planned all dis b4…this association is especially made for recruitment but now it seems like nothing is properly planned…they r not even considering candidates below 160…

I also got mail from indian bank 167 gen.but i dont think that i will get call for interview because they have very less vacancies .it is possible only when other bank will give results or they will unanimously go for lower cutoff

should english be our medium of speaking in india?
first they provide 5min to think and write, then 2 min individually to speak and after that they started dicussion.there was 4 member in the panel.aur mera interview bhi20-25 min chla…..

what is the difference between pass candidates with 160 marks and candidates below 120 marks?
bahut sare logon ko indian bank ki wrong intimation mail gyi hai…coincidence ye hai k sab high scorers hain…unhi ki call aane wali hain:D hame to banks galti se bi mail nai bhejte…:(
