@manu
portfolio management or investment is a plan to minimize risk during an investment.
suppose u wnt to make a investment through buying of shares..
and u have 20,000 rupees
then instead of buying only single share u’ll invest ur money in various shares..
isse ye hoga ki agar aap pure 20,000 ka ek hi share loge aur vo share niche gira to aapka loss hoga . but agr aapne 20,000 ko 5-6 jagah invest karoge to loss ka risk kam hoga..kyuki ye koi zaruri nahi ki har share loss me jaye..
isi group of shares ko portfolio kaha jata hai
@all
all the respective members please agar aap log chahe to mere aur manu k iss discussion me shamil ho sakte hain
@Suhani
Tinku is right…..
Simple language me samjho to har Financial Year ke baad bank ko apna profit and loss dikhana hota hai… aur uske total profit me se NPA ko hataa kar ke jo bachta hai wo uska actual profit maana jata hai….. aur uske aadhar par agar wo profit me hai to PROFIT warna LOSS…. aur agar lagaatar hota raha to “Bank is going down….”
@Tinku: matlab distribution of risk related to investment.kya ye sirf shares ke case me hota hai? does it has ne relation wid mutualfunds?
@Suhani
