IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

mein thodi zaldi mein tha isliye nahi bata paya

mene itne sare banking and finance terms padhe par ek bhi question usse nahi pucha gaya
union, syndicate aur boi teeno bankon ke interview se mujhe pata chal gaya hai ki hum jaisa sochte hain waisa kuch nahi hai

ha bhai sahi baat hai, agar panel soch le ki tumhari watt lagani hai to laga ke he rahenge chahe kitni bhi tayaari kar lo. lekin i think ki imp. baat ye hai ki jab apki waat lag rhi hoti hai to aap REACT kaise karte ho us situation me…pata nhi kya lekin aisa meri soch hai..

what r types of issue

trust me manu mujhe bhi yehi lagta tha ki wo log dekhete hain ki hum kaise react karte hain aur har coaching centre main bhi yehi sikhaya jata hai
par trust me ye sab bate ab purani ho chuki hain
tum khud hi batao agar ek ladka 10 me se 7 answer deta hai aur uski personality bhi achi hai aur dusra ladka sirf 3 answer de aur uski bhi personality achi hai to wo log kise select karenge
dekho manu ek baat clear kar lo interview ka level bahut uncha ho chuka hai
ab har koi janta hai ki wo log kya dekhte hain
islye ye sab batein negligible hai
ab to sirf knowledge hi matter karta hai jo zada se zada ans dega uske chances zada rahenge
jo log answer nahi de pa rahe the un logon ko to 4 minute main bhaga diya
trust me 9 tarik ko jo interview tha usme 4 ladkiyao ko 3-4 minute main hi bhaga diya aur baki logon ka 15-20 minute tak ka rehta hai
manu iska matlab ye nahi hai ki jin logon ko zada samay andar bithaya unko select kar lenge , nahi
mera ek dost jise ek interview mein 40 minute bithaya aur usko select nahi kia gaya tha
abe c.. tu batayega kya mujhe . agar meri time pe shadi hui hoti to tere sa bada to mera ladka hota…mai tujhse bhai bolke baat kiya aur tu roal de rha hai mujhe..chhati ki bat kar rha hai teri to terhi yha banva du…abe chuse hue aam post mai dhayan se he padh kar comment kiya tha aur mai kya tera jija hu aur tu meri sali jo teri khichai karunga…beta baap ko c…nhi shikhate…samjha…

knowledge safal tab hoti hai jab uska result dikhe..bhai maine written to kayi clear kiye…aaj aapko batata hu…yahan tak maine RBI graDE ‘B’ officer ka bhi pre aur mains clear kia hai aur intervw dia hai..but kuch kami rahi hai mujhme hamesha..
muje nahi pata yaar meri kismat me kya hai..bas mai haar nahi maanunga..
aur bhai aaj dil ko chu lia tumne..sach hai ki PO Mera final aim nahi hai..mera final aim kya hai ye kisi ko nahi pata..
bhai mai aakhri dum tak ladunga…bohat jhela hai..maine..kabhi financially..kabhi emotionally…
ek din sab peeche choad k aage nikal jaunga bhai..
haar nahi maanunga..aur na khud se jude logo ko maanne dunga..
