IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. guys since the ubi bank people had the marks of ibps they could have given the cut off in the notification itself as they have got nearly 10,677 for 166(gen) cut off marks means that they have generated their bank’s income from us
if suppose 50,000 thousand had applied means
50,000 * 200 = 1,00,00,000 such a huge amount of profit they have made.
now at least rest of the banks must give their cut off marks properly or else we all will simply waste our money.
yeah u r right they are simply making mockery … when banks don’t even have nearly 50,000 of vacancy then y did
these ibps people have given the result for nearly 1,00,000 people.
they have vacancies but they will bring them out in various rounds to shell more money out of pockets…………

UBI has released DOB and roll.no info….now any one can login others account…such a foolish bank
UBI has cheated with candidates.They didn’t mention any cutoff marks in their advertisemant.Now they have such a high cutoff marks of short listed candidates. This is totally unfair.

dont depress avob 166 only near 4500 student is or bank opninang near abt 20000 . i have 166 markes i have got call from ubi

dear…its obvious they r calling candidates with high marks…n if am not wrong they have mentioned the same in advertisement also,,,,so its about expecting it,,listen in my point of view i dont need 19 banks to call me for around 80000 posts,,i want single post n atleast call from one bank,,then its upto me to grab that single post….

I think that corporation bank, Syndicate bank and Union bank have come up with only 55% in graduation ..while other banks are now comming up with 60% (PNB bank of india and i think Canara bank also ) so guys keep ur finger crossed as many less than 55% top IBPS score holders will be screened off… and low IBPS score will get chance

Sabka number kaha se aayega ..vacancy hai 30 thousands aur IBPS qualified candidates hai one lakhs ..
Union ne kya other banks ka theka liya hai kya jo wo sab bank me batayegey ki kitni cut off rakhni chahiye .. ..all banks know though IBPS that what are the possible no of candidates with appropirae number…they are just earning good amount through challan for the application…. no yar these stupid banks are not coming with any clear crteria ,like yesterday @God posted he got selected in PI for ubi but he got 49% general.in that case other party will be spoiled bcos him & he rejected by bank.i think BOI is cleared abt their criteria,other only asking 60% not asking aggret.hence may who got 60% for last year also apply may be rejected by banks like a GOD

If UBI with maxm vacancies has not shrtlisted below then 166 then therez no chance in other banks where vacancies r less…..Plz do not apply in any more banks…its a waste of money .
how can i take printout of union bank application form now .. is there any link in there website ?
suppose if i am selected in union bank but not join it..in that case also my score card will get blocked.
u r right. May be we go to high court against these banks who make us joker by making us pay money for form and then let us know we cant appear 4 interviews

one can do more than that…suppose i know all who have 166+ and i deliberately fill the form of another guy with false details of transaction id and other such details…there is no option for edit in BOI…. plus one can edit again till the last time…duplicate applications not allowed..
