IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

I am bit late to respond to these banks notifications. I have a good IBPS score. What are all the banks left now to apply for?? Indian overseas bank and Dena bank?? thats it?? So our score which we got in sept/nov 2011 exam will be valid for these two banks lastly or is there any chance of banks releasing new notification again?

IBPS has released a document giving analysis of total number of candidates in various score range in IBPS 1 written test. The pdf is available in the IBPS website.

According to this there are more than 13 thousand candidates scoring above 161 in the test. Out of that around 9610 candidates are from the open category and remaining from the reserved category.
So I guess people with below 160 can stop hoping for an interview call. Better prepare well for the second CWE and score above 170 to ensure interview calls

There are around 13,000 plus candidates in total securing 161+ marks, out of which 9610 are general candidates.
