IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

I was more relax with the process IBPS applied for recruitment of clerk of P O initially,
But slowly I come to realize that the process is full weak points As –
1 – Cut off marks remain unchanged for every bank even after thousands of jobs .
2 – One candidate who got good marks in CWE is able to apply for N numbers of banks
It means he would finally get selected (as an avg 10, 11, or 12 interview for one candidate) this
This is ridiculous . while another getting nothing.
3 – I think that Banks are not interested in recruitment but in generating a huge revenue. In my opinion they should charged fee only for those candidates who r being selected for interview, I don’t know why they r charging from every one.
4 – If one is not selected for interview what does he get for Rs 200.00 (fee). . .?
5 – On the onter side IBPS is also charging Rs 450 what is this All Nonsense, it is getting so expansive for those who r dependent or don’t have a good salary in hand.
6 – Finally I would say that banks have change their profession they a earning a huge amount with the help of recruitment process

I have got 148 in IBPS Clerical CWE from Tripura! Currently I am an under-graduation, pursuing my graduation in B.Com. As Bank of Baroda has given its minimum educational requirement as graduate, can I apply for it? Shall all the banks put on its minimum educational qualification as graduate???
