IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

In Ibps p.o exam i only failed in descriptive part only with 1 mark i get only 20 .i belong to sc I need 21 marks .what can i do .reply on my email.

Respected Sir,
I would like to seek your attention towards the recruitment process in Public Sector Banks. IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorized by IBA and has received a mandate from the 19 Public Sector Banks to conduct the Common Written Examination. This system of Common Written Examination for recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees has been approved by the Government of India, has the consent of the Boards of each of the participating Banks and the Managing Committee of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA). The CWE for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts will be conducted twice a year by IBPS.
This written examination of IBPS was conducted on SEPTEMBER 2011 and the result was declared in December 2011 .This examination was done to avoid the selection of same candidates in multiple banks but after clearing the written examination banks are coming with there eligibility norms and charging each with 200 rs for applying online by making challan from concerned banks. Sir banks are coming with there certain criteria and charging money of rs 200 from the written qualified candidate by fixing the minimum standards (125 for general ) score and but called the same candidates having score more than 165 again and again and the same candidate is shortlisted again who have already selected in other banks. Every bank shortlist the same approx 9,000 candidates while the vacancy till the date has been crossed the number 16,000. Each bank charge 200 rupees while we alraedy paid sum of rupees 450 to ibps (for written exam and at that time ibps said that after qualify written eaxm banks will call qualified candidates according to their personal eligibility criteria but ibps did not provide any detail about interview fee that will charged by Banks to candidates).
->My first question is that why IBPS did not provide rank? If ibps did not want to provide rank than why ibps qualified more than 1lac candidates while upcoming PO vacancy is not more than 20,000 (According to IBPS Director).
->Another question is that why ibps did not provide any statistics to banks(as said by banks officers that they have no statistics )?
-> If IBPS provide statistics to banks then why banks invites application from all qualified candidates while they called candidates only in 1:3 or 1:4 of vacancy?
->If banks already planed to do this then why banks took application from all 1lac candidates? Is it not profit making tool to make candidates fool?
I wrote this mail to you because when i called HR of one bank to clear this situation and I asked him Sir your bank called same candidates who has already been selected and joined other banks, then what will you do if your bank will not get sufficient candidates in interview then what will you do? Will you call more people by pulling down cut-off? Then he said that no we will fill vacancy through next IBPS PO.
So sir my question is that if they will fill remaining seats through next IBPS PO without giving chance to those candidates who have already qualified first IBPS PO and also eligible for seats and already apply and paid fees to bank, will this process is not money making process through candidates fees.
Sir please take some action at this process.
Sir i know the Indian Nationalized banks have there own eligibility norms and its there freedom to make the recruitment process but the whole recruitment process is not transparent to all written qualified candidates.
So Sir I request you to please make a full fledged inquiry for this recruitment process.

Maine 28th ko online apply kiya h aur challan 31st ka bna h IBPS II ka. Agr online applicatn ki date 30th tk ki thi to kahin aisa to nahin ki kuchh gadbad ho gyi..??
