IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

Hi bidy, clerk 121 obc k liye kya kuchh v chance nhi he ? Agar nhi to ibps ne paas q kiya ? Unko sirf 160+ ko hi paas karna tha, wo apna cut of ko bada k 160+ hi rakhna tha.
Ye ibps clerk ka 121 score card ka kya karu, kya ye sirf show k liye hai ki kavi itne number se paas hue the ?
Mere ibps me 130 nu. 52% bne h can anybody tell me sln hoga ki nhi me 12 pas hu kevl

Frnd tum time nikal ke itne achche post daal rahe ho..u know kab se i wanted such comments so dat one can get insight of wat is happening in banks and interviews..

i heard the same thing
my friend selected in union bank went for intervw of syndicate bank..but interview board didnt entertained him…within 3 minutes he was out..
atleast kuch to acha ho raha hai…
i hope by may or june humko bhi koi na koi opportunity mil jayegi..

nai yar aisa nahi hai,,,it differs from panel to panel and people to people,,,in ubi people were very polite and well behaved..so don panic.all izz well,,,

@khushi technical was great shock for me coz i belong to textile branch and there was only one question from it…i tried to do atleast 25 in each sec so that cut off will be cleared but i know score wont be very good…wat abt u?
mein yahan pe jhut bolke kisiki badduwayen nahi lena chahta mene jo interview ke bare mein kaha aap log apne doston se bhi puch ke dekhiye aisa hua hai ki nahi
nahi swapan koi chance nahi hai kyun ki clerical interview state wise hoga aur itne kam marks me kabhi call nahi ayega tum next exam ke liye prepare karo aur is bar kosish karo 150 and above rakhne ka.
@ Shruti m frm ec branch. It wasn’t a shock 4 me bt m nt sure ki cut off clear hoga ya ni. maine 30-35 kiye hain.
ek baat samajh lo ki interview kai type ke hote hain union ka interview friendly tha hame laga ache marks mile honge par baad me pata chala pass marks bhi nahi dia gaya, interviewer rude behaviour jan bhuj kar karte hain taki wo apka attitude jan sake
kam marks se koi farak nahi padta kyun ki union me 166 cut off tha aur bahut bache 166,168 mein pa gaye par kuch log aise bhi hain jo 175,177 185 marks rakhne ke bawajood fail ho gaye, jab mein unse mila to unhone mujhse yeahi kaha ki apka to 167 hai acha hai humlog 180 main union nahi clear kar paye ab dusre bank wale jab hamse puchenge ki itne marks rakhne ke baad bhi tum select kyun nahi hue tab ham kya jawab denge, interviewer ye zaror sochega ki isme kuch problem hai isliye union me nahi hua.
but mera ye manna hai ki ek particular day mein aapka interview kaisa hota hai thats what matter the most, haan ye zaroor hai ki zaada marks hone par confidence badh jata hai par biswas karo unlogon ko passing marks bhi nahi diye gaye kyun ki interviewer achi tarah se jante hain ki agar pass kar diya to ye paa jayega. union me marks kuch iss tarah se diye gaye 25, 24.5, 18, 23, mera ek dost 168 marks ke sath interview qualify kar gaya usse interview mein 33.5 marks diye aur uska total 201.5 tha cutoff 200 gaya tha

What i know about interview is that the panel want to know that will u be able to work in pressure, handle the customers queries, clarity of thoughts and ideas…
If syndicate bank interview panel knows the list of selected students in Union bank and they are asking them that why the student want to join their bank instead of union. by this question they just create a pressure and tries to know that whether the candidate was just seeking the monetary benefits or they have a passion to join their bank…….
So guys don’t worry and just prepare for ur interview very well.

corporation ke branches bahut kam hai jo log corporaion aur union paye honge union mein hi jayenge isme 1% doubt nahi hai aur mene kayi logon ke muh se suna hai corporation ho gaya to bhi nahi jaunga
syndicate wale is liye bhi un logon ko isliye select nahi kar rahe kyun ki iske south me jada branches hai comparatively union to jo south ke hain wo syndicate prefer kar lenge par north wale boi, union prefer karenge aur ek baat ye bhi hai ki syndicate ne 1:5 gen me liya tha isliye uske paas choice hain un logon ko nahi lene ka wo jante hain ki ye kabhi nahi join karega

maine bhi diya tha… Mera Tech paper tough tha.. Maine reasng me- 31 math me 27 eng me 29 n tech me sirf 23 kar paya.. Par mujhe apna kam hi chance lagta hai…

nahi.. Interview panel frndly behave karte hain sirf positive rehna hamesha.. Jaisa biddy bhai ne bataya use ye bola ja sakta hai ki Syndicate wala intervw exception hai… Tum bas cool rehna n halka sa smily face rakhna.. All d best
