IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

Any one knows how many vacancies in ibps clerk is going to fill this time.I have scored 166 in clerical & 155 in po.I am obc candidate.I am very afraid to see the high cutoff of po.I thimk i have no chance this time.

first of all ye dhyan rakhna ki interview means inter+view=innner view of candidate
may be board tumko iss baat pe frustate kare ki being a btech u r giving intervw for clerk..vo yahan tak keh dete hain ki hum aapko select nahi karenge..y u came here…but dnt loose ur patience..coz they r checking ur patience..jab front desk pe baith k public dealing karni padti hai to bade se bade log temper loose kar dete hain..
so keep smiling..
u can say that banking sector mujhe ek stable job provide karega..aaj k time me money se zyada ek insan stability prefer karta hai..no issues agar mai clerical se bhi starting karu coz in future mujhe is post se bhi grow karne k ache avenues milenge..due to my qualification mujhe jaldi promotions mil sakte hain..professionaly qualified hone ki wajah se mai work and bank other resources ko baaki logo k comparison me efficiently aur effectively use kar sakta hu..
positive sochna aur positiveness hi tumhare answrs me dikhni chahiye..
sabse badi key yahi hai.

i have no idea y such an organiztion as reputed as IBPS realize this tht if u keep on callin the students above 167gen ,,n bla bla,,!!ovr n ovr again,,,n simultaenously not reducing the cut offs ,,for the coming banks,,how r u going to fill in the vacant seats,,!! damn,,v ol thot ,,they had working brain resting on their shoulders,bt seriosuly ,,its been agonizing ,,w8in each day,,,seein the same thng,,the same hue n cry being created by us ,,!! is it fallin on deaf ears,,??
its jst a simple logic tht these banks dotn ndrstand,,??? same 5000 bunch will b slected again n again,,,phewww!! thsi is ridiculous to say the least,,!!!

10.Difference between saving account and current account?
11.Hat is the bank act?
12.What are the main functions of RBI?
Is ur background computers as they asked about it…
i am ex-servicemen GEN catagory with 138 marks in ibps clerical exam what are my chances to get a job in bank.
