IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has changed the way bank exams are conducted in India. IBPS now conducts a common written exam (CWE) for PO selection in 19 participating PSU banks in India. These exams got tremendous response with over 7.5 Lakh applicants in IBPS PO / MT Exam held on 17 June, 2012. This post is intended to provide information on all aspects of IBPS PO Recruitment at a single place and it will cover IBPS PO Exam, Admit card / Hall Ticket, Call Letter, IBPS Results for Bank PO, PO Score cards, IBPS PO Study Material, IBPS PO Interviews, IBPS PO Job Notifications from various banks in 2012 and 2013.

I just wanna know is there in chance of interview in any remaining bank for the candidate who has scored 160 and belongs to general cat.?
All the guys nd gals here I think ur all blind and not seeing the real fact behind this whole drama i.e. below 165 in general there are vry less chances of getting a call from any bank as if you have seen the final selection list of UBI nd cut off list of BOI there are approximately 80% candidates who are same. So its been vry much clear dat the whole picture remains the same as off past when banks take their seperate exams nd the toppers remains d same.

Suppose We Assume that BELOW 165 will not get any call nad they will not get Job in any Bank
Ok SO all banks Will fill their Seat from HIgher Ranks NOW 1 candidate will join Only 1 bank
SO BANKs will Have Empty Seats SO they Will ADd these Sats to NEXT Recruitment Lets Assume this
But Guys IBPS-2 mein bhi yehi Procedure Hoga They will call Only HIgher marks candidates again SEATS will remain empty

I think BANKs will re COnduct the interview thats why theyr not refunding FEES also jinko call nahi aaya may be they can get call in 2 round of interview COz THEIR APPlication is saved in their DATABASE
COz 2011 mein recruitment hai to 90%seats to esi se fill up hogi na i agree that few can add to next recruitment
IBPS-2 will conduct in 17 june Assume that result will come out on 1 sept And Banks will publish their recruitment in october 2012 so abhi se lekar octor tak 8 motnhs hai
8 motnhs tak kya ye bank MAKHIyan marnege i think guys they can COnduct second round of interview
coz the current procedure will force tham 2 do it warna ese to HAZARO seats Khali reh jayengi

@Kirti i have got 162 in po where 1.11 lakh student passed the exam & I am not geting any call for interview Where as in clerk more than 5 lakh student clear the exam thn wht ll be the senario you know your self but hope 4 the best
May be you get selection….. and fill the form for po as well it is out..
I HAVE GOT 151 MARKS IN IBPS-CLERK EXAM . WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF SELECTION?
MY DAUGHTER AND SON HAS SCORED 146 & 164 RESPECTIVELY IN RECENT ANNOUNCED RESULT OF IBPS EXAM. pOSSIBILITY OF WHERE THEY STAND AS FAR AS APPOINTMENT IS CONCN
my daughter and son has scored 146 & 164 in recent IBPS exam. what is the possibility ? Till date not received any interview call from any bank.
Further what is the procedure of appointment.
Why are you depressed this is V. Good score even if u belong to General Category, u will definitely get interview call from many banks. Now it is all on your interview.
and listen you have 93% chances to get a job.
You have to wait for notification from the banks then fill the form for interview on cut off basis, then banks will prepare merit list & call for interview.

Dear sir,
they will have to wait till bank come up with vacancy. In the bank advertisement they will give their specification like minimum cwe score, graduation percentage etc, accordingly if u r eligible u will fill up the form. Den according to vacancy bank will call up candidates who have scored sufficiently high marks.
So every thing depends on the number of vacancy and how many students have scored more then ur kids.
