IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is the conducting the IBPS CWE Exam for clerical cadre for recruitment in 19 participating banks on three dates – 27th Nov 2011, 4th Dec and 11th Dec 2011. The second day of the exam is held on 4th December 2011 – Morning Shift and Afternoon shift.

The exam for 4th Dec 2011 is conducted in two shifts at various places through out India. As students are not allowed to take the question paper home, no one has to be provided for a download on the website. Paper is quite good….but lengthy..
over all paper was easy
1.computer was easy
few que i remember
1.long form of CDROM – compact disk read only memory
2.CPU long form – central processing unit
3.Find command of individual ans- direct access
4.output device- ans. printer,plotter and monitor
5.input+output device my ans scanner but not sure may be touch also
best luck

1.comprehension- 15 marks
2.fill in the blanks-5 marks
3.spelling mistake- 5 marks
4.error detection -10 marks
5.chose most correct sentence- 5 marks
6- cloze test-10 marks
Only reasoning section was tough

WISH ME BEST LUCK I HAVE SOLVE ALL 4 SECTION VERY GOOD BUT MATHS I NEED 20-25 MARKS IF I GET IT I WILL GET AROUND 155+ AND MY CHANCE OF GETTING SELECTED WILL INCREASE.
I HAVE WORK HARD 95%…JUST I NEED 5% LUCK.

in noon shift paper was easy…but reasoning was lengthy.. computer,GA,Eng. all was very easy

but mostly time consume in puzzle math is good but some que is there tuff

• Cloze Test – A portion of text will be given with certain words removed. You have to add the missing words -10 Marks
• Common Errors – 10 Marks
• Conjunctions – 5 Marks
• Correct Misspelled world – 5 Marks
• Use Correct Verbs- 5 Marks
Reasoning Pattern
• Verbal Reasoning – 10 questions
• Non Verbal Reasoning – 10 questions
• Seating Arrangement – 5 questions
• Statement N Conclusion – 5 questions
• Number Series– 5 questions
• Coding, Decoding – 5 questions
• Syllogism – 5 questions
Maths Pattern
• Sums on Decimal, Arithmetic, Mensuration, Speed, Age, Train, Interest, Percentage etc. – 25 questions
Computer Pattern
• Basic computer questions
GA+GK Pattern
• General Awareness in banking – (70%)
• GK (Current Affairs) – 30%
Dont pour exaggreted statements anything can happen but based on the standard of the paper i can surely say that cutoff will be around 225marks-240marks others can keep their finger in the mouth

Here I am sharing my experience:
First I took computer.It was easy.Questions were:
1.Long form of CDROM – compact disk read only memory
2.CPU long form – central processing unit
3.Smallest part of monitor-pixel
4.Identify set of output devices.
5.Identify set of files such as database files,executable files etc
6.8 bits is called 1 byte.Other options were octabyte.octal no system etc.

Second I took General awareness.It was not good foe me:

Third I took English.It was easy.I attempted 33 questions.Due to lack of time I cant solve further.

Next was Reasoning.It was very easy.I solve nearly 35 questions.
Puzzle test was only difficult all other like coding decoding,coded inequality,venn diagram,sitting arrangement easy.Simplication remaing problems on average,ratio proportion,simple interest and compound interest,time and work and no data interpretation.Find odd man out 10 questions on diagram.
Lastly I took maths.It was not difficult but time consuming.I could hardly solve 21 question.
Questions were simple like find the missing number,average,ratio,number series,percentage,

i did 130 questions n 95% of them r surely crct…so can anyody say wat is my chances n wat will be d cut off expected…..plz…….
