Yes, you can pay the fees by cash using http://www.ibps.in/career_pdf/cwe_cash.pdf through any of the 19 bank branches. However, some bank personnel may show some disinterest in serving a non-customer but you can always go with your friend or parents who have a bank account in any of these 19 banks.
You can also use debit or credit card of your friend or parent to make the payment online.

Yes, you can make payment of CWE fees with any Mastercard / Visa Debit or Credit Card. On successful completion of the online payment transaction, an e-receipt will be generated. Print that e-receipt. The print out of this e-receipt will have to be submitted at the time of written examination.

You can make online mode payment using visa/ mastercard debit/ credit card issued by any bank including standard chartered. Choose online mode while filling the form and pay the fees. You don’t have to fill the UTR No. in that case. Just remember to take the print out of the e-receipt generated as you have to submit that at the time of examination.
