Ellaquai Dehati Bank has the privilege of being sponsored by State Bank of India, India’s largest bank. The bank has been established on the 16th July 1979 under the RRBs Act 1976. This bank has 109 branches spread across the State of Jammu and Kashmir covering 12 districts.

Ellaquai Dehati Bank invites applications from Permanent Residents of Jammu & Kashmir State, for the post of Officers in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

– Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
– Rs.100/- for all others

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

For Officers (OJMGS-I) :– 26900 (Approximately)
For Office Assistants :– 13500 (Approximately)

Eligibility Criteria & Other norms:

A. For Officer Scale- I :

• Age Limit: Above 18 years – Below 28 years
• Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent & Candidates are required to possess proficiency in English Language and must have passed “Urdu/Hindi” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard.
• RRB Qualifying Standard Score:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
–For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.

B. Office Assistant (Multipurpose):

• Age: Between 18 years and 28 years
• Qualificaion: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent & Candidates are required to possess proficiency in English Language and must have passed “Urdu/Hindi” as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard.
• RRB Qualifying Standard Score:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
–For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.

NOTE: 

1. The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines.
2. Probation Period: For Officers (OJMGS-I):– 2 (Two) Years and For Office Assistants :– 1 (One) Year

Selecion Procedure: (For Both Posts)

Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBsCommon Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

• Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Ellaquai Dehati Bank  for credit to the Account no: 88000914431 maintained at Wazir-Bagh, Srinagar by means of a Payment challan.
• The payment towards application fee through CBS can be made between 11am and 3pm.
• Obtain the Applicant?s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) Transaction id/Scroll number (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
• Now, Apply Online. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
