its a good step…atleast scorecard holders will have the chance to face an interview…..yes the day of performance does matter….not to panic….we can give written exams in a day why not interview…welcome step by ibps…great work….when interviews were organised by banks separately all mal practices were in…now on these will be stopped to a great extent…if u have talent u will get through
