sir i have got 142 marks in ibps (clerk) from general category and i found that after passing the ibps exam i am still failure because they have passed me but some of the banks have cut off marks just above 145 then why did they passed me, why they dont understand that banking process is just the game of sharp mind that sit , atleast they have to give apportunity to face the interview process . i have many meaningfull ideas regarding the working process of bank. the idea of note checking machine and sensors was also mine when i gave the po (ibps) test last year, and now some of them must have got the promotion for this idea as this idea declare that if inflow is settled well then the outflow is also settled well and the false notes will be dimnished . so please give me a bank job im best suited for this.
thank you
