Bank of Baroda, one of the 19 participating banks in IBPS CWE Exam, invites applications for recruitment of 600 Probationary Officers (Bank POs) from Indian citizens who have given the pre-requisite Common Written Examination (CWE) for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Mumbai in 2011-12 and have a valid Score card issued by IBPS and and have a minimum score of 125 in respect of General/OBC Category and 105 for SC/ST category out of a total score of 250 issued by IBPS.

Basic Pay – Rs.14500 to Rs.25700 per month (Around Rs. 24450)

Educational Qualification (as on 01-07-2011)
A Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India OR Any equivalent qualification
recognized by Central Government.
AND
Candidates should be qualified in the Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS and should be holding a
score card issued by IBPS with a minimum score of 125 for General/ OBC category and 105 for SC/ST category out of a total score of 250
AND
Should be a computer literate (proficient in MS Office Basic Applications, internet usage).
Preferably With: A Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF)
IBPS Score Requirements
Total Weighted Standard Score (as mentioned below) in the common written examination conducted by IBPS for Probationary Officers in 2011.
TWS – For General/OBC – 125
For SC/ST/PWD – 105
Each Section: (English, GA, Reasoning, QA, Computers, English(Descriptive))
For General Category – Minimum 24
For Reserved Category (i.e SC/ST/OBC/PWD) – Minimum 21
