ARUNACHAL PADESH RURAL BANK invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Scale of Pay:
Scale II= Rs 19400 – 700/1 – 20100 – 800/10 – 28100.
Scale I= Rs 14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7-25700.
Office Assistant= Rs.7200 – 400/3 – 8400 -500/3 – 9900-600/4 –12300-700/7 17200-1300 – 18500-800-19300 (20 years).
Emoluments:
(1) Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale I): Rs.26,535
(2) Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II): Rs.35,502.
(3) Office Assistant (Multipurpose):Rs.13,212

RRB Qualifying Standard Score:
1) For Office Assistant:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
–For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.
2) For Office Scale-I:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
–For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.
3) For Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer):
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 111 & above.
–For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 117 & above
Bond:
Candidates selected for the posts of Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I and Specialist Officer Scale-II have to execute a BOND agreeing to pay to the Bank a sum of Rs.1.00 LAKH (RUPEES ONE LAKH ONLY) in the event of their leaving the bank’s job on their own, within a period of ONE YEAR from the date of their joining services of the Bank.

- Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS (CBS Account No.28999804269) at any of the Branches of ARUNACHAL PRADESH RURAL BANK, by means of a Payment challan
- After Paying the application fees, Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) Transaction id/Scroll number (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
