Andhra Bank has announced recruitment for Clerical Cadre posts- Special Drive. Andhra Bank invites ON-LINE applications, from candidates qualified in IBPS Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in NOV/DEC-2011 for clerical cadre and are holding a valid score card issued by IBPS, for recruitment in CLERICAL CADRE. Education Qualifications: (As on 01.08.2011)
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Computer Knowledge/ Qualifications: Computer Knowledge is essential (proficiency in MS
Office Basic Applications).
Language Eligibility: Proficiency in the official language of the State/UT (ability to read, write and speak local/state language) in which they have appeared for the Common Written Examination and qualified.
Candidates should be willing to be initially posted at any place in that State/Union Territory in which they have appeared for CWE and serve for a minimum period of 5 years in that State/Union Territory.
AGE (As on 01.08.2011): Minimum: 18 Years and Maximum: 28 Years
Probation Period: 6 Months
Application Fees: Rs. 50(SC/ST/PWD) and Rs. 150 (Gen/OBC)

sir i am from uttar pradesh (gen) and have secured 142 marks. but in 12th std i got 59.6%, 2 marks less for 60%. so can i apply for interview in dena bank.

Also, wanted to know if all the 19 PSU banks have published their criterion for selection of clerical cadre who cleared through IBPS.

@ankit: bankofindia,punjab and sind bank,dena bank,bank of maharashtra have called for 12th candidates.its menotioned clear cut in the recruitment notification.so i hope this statement is not applicable in case of plus 2 candidates who have qualified with high score in the ibps exam of november last year and who aspire to apply for interview in the above mentioned banks.

bhai haryana general wale to kisi aur naukri ki talaash kare to hi behtar rahega ek to banks vacancies anhi nikal rahe dusri 150 pe vaise hi kuch nahi hone wala.
hi i got 24 above in all sections. but my total is 154 where as the cut off is 159 for general category AP students. am i eligible for the exam. pls give me the reply
