Andhra Bank is inviting IBPS score card holders who passed PO CWE held in September 2011 to apply for their training cum recruitment process. Andhra bank and Manipal Global Education Service come together to arrange such a programme for IBPS qualified candidates. First the candidates will be trained in Banking and Finance for an year then will be placed as a Probationary Officer in Andhra Bank.
Andhra Bank invites applications from Indian Citizens for the following posts :

Name of Post: Probationary Officers.

AGE (As on 01/08/2011)

  • Minimum : 21 years
  • Maximum : 29 years

QUALIFICATIONS (As on 31.07.2012):

-Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government, with a First Class (60% and above).
-IBPS REQUIREMENT: Should hold a valid score card issued by IBPS for the CWE for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees held in September / November, 2011.

ABOUT PROGRAM

All students after successful completion of the course will be awarded the “POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BANKING AND FINANCE” from Manipal University at a convocation ceremony where they shall also be handed over the final appointment letters from the Bank. Accordingly, they will be finally absorbed in the Bank as Probationary officers in JMG/S-I and can be posted anywhere in India as per Bank’s discretion.

The course is scheduled to start in the last week of September, 2012 for the 1st batch.

  • For all others (including OBC) : Rs.100/- (Including Intimation & Postal Charges)

HOW TO APPLY

Applicants will be required to register themselves first by filling up the online application form.
Registered candidates will be given an USER ID and PASSWORD, which they can use in the bank’s website to login and fill up the application, fees payment details, upload their photograph and signature.

Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.

ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAM :-

Candidates shall be selected by Andhra Bank through a selection process consisting of Group Discussion and/or Interview, from among those applicants who have applied in response to our Advertisement and fulfill all the above referred eligible criteria.
