Please Note:
a) Probation Period: Officer Scale I- Two years, which shall be extendable by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year & Office Assistant- One year, which shall be extendable by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six months.
b) Candidates must have attained the essential qualification i.e. Proficiency in Local Language i.e. Punjabi as one of the subject at Matriculation/SSC/Graduation or at equivalent Level or any exam passed for proficiency in Punjabi from a recognized institution/university . (Please note that while applying Online, candidate has to fill Year of Passing and Marks obtained in the Official Language of Punjab i.e.Punjabi and Name of Institution from where passed)
RRB/IBPS Qualifying Standard Score:
1) For Office Assistant:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 88 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.
2) For Officer Scale-I:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 98 & above.
Note: Candidates are advised to note that if selected, they will be required to execute a bond/surety as per hereunder:
Officer Scale-I Rs. 1.00 lacs for 02 Years
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs. 50,000 for 01 Years
How to Apply?
a) Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website . No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
b) Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- CWE-II (CWE conducted in September / October 2013) is kept active during the recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc to registered email id.
