Madhyanchal Gramin Bank, a joint venture of Govt. of India, State Bank of India & Govt. of M.P invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

For Officer (Scale I ):

For SC/ST/PWD candidates.- Rs. 20/-
For all others- Rs.100/-

For Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

For SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.- Rs. 20/-
For all others- Rs.100/-

Emoluments:

1. Officer Scale – I : At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 27644/-per month inclusive of D.A. and H.R.A. at the current rate.
2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) -: At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 13763/- per month inclusive of D.A. and H.R.A. at the current rate.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification (as on 01.06.2012):

NOTE:

1. Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. extant guidelines.
2. Probation Period: For Officer Scale-I – Two Years & For Office-Assistant– One Year,which may be extended by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year or six month respectively as per Service Rule.
3. Selected Candidates in Officer Scale-I, Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will have to execute Indemnity Bond of Rs 1,00,000/- and Rs 50,000/- respectively. The bond will be executed in case if office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I, leaves before confirmation.

RRB Qualifying Standard Score:

1) For Office Assistant:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
–For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.

2) For Officer Scale-I:

– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
–For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.

• Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of MADHYANCHAL GRAMIN BANK Or in any of the Branches of State Bank of India across all over India, by means of a Payment challan
