PUDUVAI BHARATHIAR GRAMA BANK sponsored by Indian Bank and was established by Government of India vide Ministry of Finance. The Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management Grade (Scale I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Please Note:
- The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines.
- Probation Period: For Officer Scale-I & II: 2 Years ; and For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 1 year
RRB/IBPS Qualifying Standard Score:
1) For Office Assistant:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 89 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 95 & above.
2) For Officer Scale-I:
– For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 17 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 97 & above.
-For Others: 19 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 103 & above.
3) Information Technology Officer: (IBPS Specialist Officer Score)
-For SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD: 21 marks & above in each section and
total Weighted Standard Score of 125 & above.
-For Others: 24 marks & above in each section and total Weighted Standard Score of 134 & above.
Selection Procedure:
For Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant(Multipurpose):
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
For Officer Scale-II (IT Officer):
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in IBPS Score on Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the Common Written Examination conducted for Public Sector Banks for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
About Interviews:
The total marks for Interview will be 30.
The minimum qualifying marks for interview will be:
For Officers-40%(35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD)
For Office Assistants (Multipurpose)- 40%(35% for SC/ST/ OBC/PWD /EXS)

- Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS (CBS Account No 90824578) at any of the Branches of Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank by means of a Payment challan OR or send the amount through NEFT to this A/C using Challan of the respective Branches.

- Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name (b) Date of Deposit & amount (c) Transaction id/Scroll number/UTR No filled by the Branch Official.
